Our history

nowhere spa's brand co-founders believe that traditional healing include using ceremonies, plant, or mineral-based medicines, energetic therapies or massage techniques are the best way to restore physical and mental health. 

In 2017, our first spa branch was named ""The Touch Spa"", located in Hanoi Brilliant hotel at 44 Hang Trong street. The spa’s intention at the start was to provide the hotel guests with a wonderfully convenient service. Rather than divert energies to marketing and advertising gimmicks, the spa’s management team focuses on improving processes, perfecting the service, refining every detail, investing in training, employee development and human resources. 

After nearly 10 years of experience in consulting and operating many small and medium-sized spa hotels, we recognize the responsibility and mission of professional spa operators. The first independent spa branch was born in 2024 with a sharper and more professional image, expressing the desire to bring customers original, sophisticated, yet exciting and peerless experiences. 
 

We are delighted to announce the new logo, a new rationale, look and feel and with an even stronger spa heritage. 

We are proud of introducing the spa’s core values:

- Responsibilities: Nowhere spa wants to create a strong impression for Vietnamese products by standing side by side with local farmers and promoting the sustainable development of raw materials. Because we believe that this will be a stepping stone to help Nowhere spa widely introduce local agricultural to the world.

- Handcraft: At Nowhere spa, enthusiasm and meticulousness are shown through each product. Massage beds and wooden bathtubs are specifically designed and created by the hands of woodwork artisans, with continuously research and creativity, we seek to develop authentic and distinctive spa services.

- Caring for employees: “Customers satisfaction index is directly proportional to employee happiness level and vice versa”. This is the leading credo of Nowhere Spa where we respect the difference in personalities of our employees and we care about their true happiness.

- Inspiration: Each ritual performed at Nowhere Spa is recreated and inspired by Vietnamese traditional culture, bringing positive energy and helping to heal the mind, body and spirit.
